- Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 7 days of product delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
Please note that certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or discounted products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons.
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team at care@soshyfashion.in with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Return will be processes within 2-4 working days
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for pickup or return shipment.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
- Refunds
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed and “credited” to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide bank details for a secure refund transfer.
In case of partial order returns, only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
- Exchanges
We currently offer exchange options for the same product in a different size or color (if available).
Please contact our team within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. - Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Innerwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel
Sale or clearance items
Customized or personalized products
- Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped.
